Michael Edwards was appointed to the board in October 2011.
Mr. Edwards is a retired Captain, United States Navy and was a career intelligence officer with 31 years of service. He has 8 years of experience working with Congressional Committees concerning policy and resourcing issues. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and currently lives northwest of Boerne.
