On Wednesday, March 4, BEC Lineman Favi visited Comfort Elementary School to celebrate Read Across America Week with the kindergarten class. Favi read a lineman-themed book to students, giving them a fun and engaging introduction to the work BEC linemen do.
Following story time, students had the opportunity to get a closer look at Favi’s lineman gear and learn more about how electricity is delivered safely to their homes. Each student also received a BEC hard hat to take home, along with educational goodies and a sweet treat!
