If they do, then discuss with your builder about having a conduit placed from the exterior of the home to the communications room or attic for fiber internal wiring. You may also contact BEC early in the process and we can pre-wire your new home to keep from having unnecessary wires on the outside of the exterior walls.
Work with your builder when you plan to have the electrical buried and ask them to place a ¾” or 1” pipe or conduit from the power metering location to your new home when they bury the electric.
