BEC's Energy Saver program provides members with interest-free financing for energy efficiency upgrades for their home or business without a credit check. Upgrades include, but are not limited to installing a new HVAC system, heat pump, water heater, home insulation, new doors and windows, smart thermostats and more. The program allows members to finance upgrades with affordable monthly payments on their utility bill that equal energy cost savings.
