BEC is proud to present the winning photos from local photographers from our Small-Town Charm Photo Contest.
BEC held the photo contest to provide members the opportunity to share their view of the BEC service territory.
The grand-prize winner of the contest is Rosanna Isaguirre with her photo “Sunset at Siloh” taken on a ranch in Boerne.
Second place goes to Toba Wright for “Cowboy Capital of the World and Our Future” taken at the Bandera County Courthouse.
Third place goes to Susan Fisher for “Mirror Image” taken at Upper Cibolo Creek.
