Outage Update – 12:00 PM July 6
BEC crews have been working around the clock over the past three days to restore power following the recent flooding. At this time, only a few members remain without service, and our teams are still on the ground implementing innovative solutions to overcome environmental challenges.
Crews continue to assess damage and carry out critical equipment repairs.
If you are currently without power, please call us at (866) 226-3372. We may not be aware of your outage due to damaged equipment, offline systems, or other storm-related issues.

We currently have 7 outages impacting 9 members. Our crews are actively working to find solutions and restore power; however, due to various challenges and site-specific conditions, these remaining outages are taking longer to resolve.

Outage Update – 8:00 AM July 5
BEC crews rolled out this morning and are actively working to restore power to the remaining members still affected by outages.
We currently have 19 outages impacting 62 meters, primarily in the Turtle Creek and Medina areas.
Numerous road closures remain in the Center Point, Comfort, and Kerrville areas. We are closely monitoring these conditions and will begin restoration in those locations as soon as it is safe and accessible to do so.
