What is the BEC offer?

BEC offers a Surge & Lightning Protection Program that allows individuals to buy a TESCO 240 R (PDF Adobe Acrobat file) hardwire surge arrester for $142.50 plus tax.   You can pick it up at any BEC office and pay for it there.
