| BEC Line Extension Policy On July 1, 2007 BEC started operating under a new Line
Extension Tariff (PDF file).
If you are a developer who is looking
to build a main trunk line, or if you plan to build a home that requires a line
extension (new wires and poles), you need to take a look at the new policy. You
can read a brief summary of the changes,
but BEC recommends you take the time to read the Line
Extension Tariff (PDF file).
