Heat Pump Rebate Program Extended Through 2009

The BEC heat pump rebate program has been extended through 2009. The program pays licensed heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors $200 for every 14 SEER or greater central heat pump they install for BEC members in EXISTING HOMES (see complete article).
