If you are on special life support equipment that must have electricity and are a Member of Bandera Electric Cooperative we want to know where you are so that we can add you to our critical care list. Drop us a line or call us.

What You Need to Know:

• We can never guarantee power will always be flowing (circumstances beyond the cooperative's control can interfere with power delivery)
• We suggest you have a backup system for use if there is a power outage or you should have plans to go where there is power
• We will try to let you know if a long power outage is expected, but that is not always possible

What We Need to Know:

• We will need a note from your doctor
• We will need to know what kind of equipment you are using
• We will need to know your backup plan in the event there is an outage
• Complete and submit Critical Care List form.
