Online Bill Pay 
Allows you to make a payment anytime, day or night at no charge.  Register at: ebiz.banderaelectric.com


Easy Pay Bank Draft  
This option automatically drafts the amount of your electric bill from your bank account at no charge. The transaction will be processed each month on the due date.  To apply fill out this form.


Automatic Credit Card payment
This option automatically uses your credit card to pay your monthly electric bill. The transaction will be processed on the bill’s due date. To apply, fill out this form.

Fidelity Express Payment Options
Pay your bill at local stores and save yourself a trip. There is a $1.50 fee.  List of Locations

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) - In office, by phone or online
Cash or Check - In office
ECheck - By phone or online


Four Billing Cycles
We offer four billing cycles for your convenience.  You can change billing cycles once a year.  Click here to view the four cycles  available.  If you would like to change billing cycles, contact the Cooperative.

2012 Billing Schedule & Due Dates
  Paperless Billing
Opt out of receiving a paper bill by selection the option on your online account. Register at: ebiz.banderaelectric.com

 
Levelized Billing  
With Level Billing, you pay the same amount each month on your electric bill. If you have been a member for at least 12 months and would like to be on level billing, contact BEC for the amount your payment will be and sign a “Level Payment Agreement.” 
 
Deferred Payment Plan
If you cannot pay a current bill, a deferred payment arrangement may be available. These are handled on a case by case basis. Call for more information.

Each bill includes helpful information.  Click here to see a sample bill and explanation.  To learn more about the various charges on your bill, see "What Am I Charged And Why?" and view our current rates.
Bills become over-due 16 days after they are mailed.
